PAYMENT POLICY

FULL PAYMENT is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Payment is due on or before the 15th of November 2011.

We are working with the Kruger National Park on this conference and unfortunately we have to abide by there policies. We have been asked to release any accomodation not booked and paid for, 6 weeks before the conference start date. Therefore there is no way we can hold accomodation without payment. Space is limited, and the park reserves the right to ask us to release accomodation in advance.

Going Africa Conferencing reserves the right to cancel your accomodation booking should payment not be recieved on or before this date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Going africa Conferencing adheres to, and is bound by, the cancellation policies of all relevant establishments and service providers who we do business with. On behalf of the delegate, we will look to recover the maximum amount possible in the event of a cancellation. Below is a guideline on the terms and conditions regarding a cancellation

• Should cancellation occur less than 6 weeks prior to the due date of the conference opening, then the client (delegate) will incur a 100% cancellation fee
• Although Going Africa Conferencing will do everything in its power to try and refund the delegate in the event of a cancellation, it is company policy that no refunds will be given less than 6 weeks prior to the event

PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend you purchase comprehensive health and travel insurance that covers you if you have to unexpected cancell your booking. It is also recommended that you take out a personal travel insurance policy that will cover you in the event of any unforseen circumstances while travelling in South Africa.
